For stock hair systems the MOQ is 1 piece for retail orders. Men's wholesale orders start at 10 pieces per design, women's wigs at a 10-piece blended order. Custom and private-label builds have their own MOQ quoted after design approval.

Stock systems dispatch within 1–2 business days. Custom hair systems take 10–18 days depending on base, density, and complexity. Private label and large wholesale runs are scheduled with you at design approval.

Yes. We manufacture under your brand with your name, logo, and packaging. Share your brand details, approve the design, and we handle production and QC before shipping to your market.

Every order gets an order number and a tracking number once shipped. Use the Track Order page to see manufacturing status and courier tracking via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, or SF Express.
